AFW Business for Sale operates strictly as an advertising platform for your listing. We do not participate in private negotiations between buyers and sellers, nor do we provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Sellers are encouraged to seek independent professional advice during any transaction.
Accuracy of Information and Seller Support
You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information, financial figures, and operational details provided in your listing.
Providing accurate figures and actively supporting prospective buyers during enquiries will build trust and facilitate a smoother sale process. Content Ownership and Copyright Compliance
Please ensure that you own or have the proper authorization to use all text, photos, and media uploaded to your listing. Using unauthorized or copyrighted materials (such as third-party photos) may lead to copyright claims or legal liability. All information should present a true and fair view of your business.
Confidentiality Management
The public text of your listing is accessible to all site visitors. If you prefer to maintain confidentiality, please avoid including sensitive details, such as exact business names or precise addresses, in the public listing description.
Payment and No Refund Policy
All advertising fees are non-refundable once the listing is active or published on the platform. Advertising runs on a weekly billing basis; we do not pro-rate or calculate fees on a daily basis. If a listing is activated and published for any portion of a week (even just one day), the full weekly fee applies for that entire week, and no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused days.
